I purchased these trainers for my son. The email confirmation never arrived. There is no phone number for customer services, just an email address which is rarely replied to. The trainers didn’t fit properly so I returned them (same day) – it’s been more than six weeks and still no refund. I have sent various emails and once a week I get a response which requests the exact same information I’ve already supplied over and over again. This is the worst company in existence. Total scammers!! Avoid at all costs!!
