Perfect fit ideal for jogging in the cold not too heavy

Really wanted to love this hoody. The material is thick and cosy and was exactly what I wanted but the design/fit was poor. The waistband was really restrictive which made it difficult getting on and off. Once on, the waist band bunched up on top of my hips rather than sitting where it was intended. I would have sized up but the actual chest of the hoody was rather large and a bigger size would have swamped me. It would probably suit someone best without an exaggerated hourglass frame
